Job Architecture: Functions

Within Offers, functions group job families based on work disciplines and are generally recognized major professional areas, often requiring a unique set of skills.

Although defined, not all functions (or job families within a function) may be available depending availability of data. If n-counts for reporting companies and/or offers do not meet the threshold, the Function will be hidden from view to protect the anonymity of data.

In some cases, Compa may choose to combine data for two or more job families to provide a larger data sample than would otherwise be available for each job family when reported separately. These instances are identified with a "Roll-up" designation behind the job family name (a hover tooltip is also available, which will indicate which job families are included in the roll-up).
